DiDi is seeking a Regional Lead for Partnerships to drive growth, strategy, and team development across our partnerships function. You will own executive-level relationships, define strategic frameworks, and guide cross-functional pilots to scale innovative collaboration with top brands.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, aligning with the Director’s vision, and delivering data-informed improvements to partnerships programs in a dynamic mobility platform.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy with a track record of managing and inspiring a high-performing team.
• Exceptional business sense with the ability to design department-level strategies balancing short-term performance with long-term partnership vision.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence external executive partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience or capability in defining processes, establishing frameworks, and building an area from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical and comfortable leveraging performance metrics and data to guide decisions and strategy.
• Highly structured and proactive, able to operate with autonomy while aligning with the director’s vision.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (and local language, if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team (including Partnerships Managers).
• Define vision, build the operational framework, and scale the partnerships department.
• Act as main point of contact for high-value implementations with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead high-level negotiations and oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships with top-tier brands.
• Oversee department performance, review key metrics, and guide budget allocation.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
