Job summary

The Regional On Premise Manager at Red Bull is responsible for building the On Premise volume and developing the brand across the assigned region by leading Musketeers effectively and by optimizing available resources to achieve the Business Plan.

You will train and develop the Musketeers, act as brand ambassador, monitor image standards, lead events, plan routes, and manage the regional On Premise budget, while collaborating with national and regional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
• 3–4 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• 2–3 years of management experience in On Premise beverage industry is a plus.
• Strong On Premise knowledge, contacts and experience.
• Strong analytical, planning and financial skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fully understands and embraces the Musketeer profile.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Musketeer team in the region.
• Ensure On Premise culture and brand ambassador standards.
• Plan routes and secure outlet coverage.
• Manage the regional On Premise budget and reporting.
• Coordinate On Premise marketing initiatives with national team.
• Collaborate with regional business units to drive growth.
• Represent Red Bull at events and ensure high-visibility activations.
