Red Bull Mexico City is seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead the Musketeers, drive On Premise volume, and ensure alignment with the national and regional business plans. You will train and develop the Musketeers to build a high performing field team and secure premium activations in the region.

You will manage budgets, coordinate events, optimize routes, strengthen key On Premise partnerships, and report on activities.

Competenze

University degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
3-4 years sales experience with a strong track record.
2-3 years management experience (On Premise beverage industry is a plus).
Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in the scene.
Strong analytical, planning and financial skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

Live and promote Red Bull On Premise culture and build brand ambassadors.
Lead Musketeers and collaborate with National On Premise Manager.
Ensure premium activation and successful events.
Plan and develop regional area per national business plan.
Manage budget and reports and track Musketeer activities.
Develop regional marketing strategies with National On Premise Marketing Manager.
Train and coach Musketeers; spend significant field time.
Screen Musketeer candidates and assess interview performance.
