Siemens Healthineers in Mexico City seeks a seasoned logistics leader to drive import/export operations across Mexico, Costa Rica and El Salvador, ensuring efficient inventory, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a high-performance cross-country team, design improvement programs, and coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to deliver value and service excellence across the supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in Logistics and/or International Trade.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in import/export logistics processes, customs management, and logistics supplier coordination.
• Proven experience leading high-performance teams at a multy country level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead logistics-related activities across service center and customer support operations.
• Drive development and high performance of the logistics team across multiple countries.
• Participate in design and implementation of integrated plans for material supply and capital flow.
• Make timely decisions to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards in the supply process.
• Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate all suppliers involved in the supply chain and adherence to service contracts.
• Provide accurate information regarding goods in transit and communicate alternatives to stakeholders.
• Liaise between internal and external customers regarding logistics managed by third-party providers.
