Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting multiple plants or regional operations.
  • Expertise in SIOP, demand and production planning, inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; SAP and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and coordinate supply chain activities across multiple plants in Mexico.
  • Drive the SIOP process to align demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Manage regional demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve service levels and inventory turns.
  • Partner with plant leadership and functional teams to support objectives.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the region.

  • Lead capacity planning aligning customer needs with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes.

Regional Scope: Support multiple manufacturing plants across Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving supply chain performance, aligning planning strategies, enhancing inventory management, and supporting business growth through strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments, demand and production planning, SIOP processes, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate supply chain activities across multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico.
  • Drive the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
  • Manage regional demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory strategies.
  • Develop and implement supply chain initiatives to improve service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with plant leadership, operations, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support business objectives.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the region.
  • Support new product launches, customer growth initiatives, and operational changes impacting the supply chain network.
  • Lead capacity planning efforts and ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service expectations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes and implement best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across multiple locations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple plants or regional operations.
  • Strong expertise in SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience working in industrial manufacturing, or other high-volume production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and supply chain reporting experience.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
