Siemens Energy in Querétaro seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage global transport orders, coordinate international shipments, and handle transport documentation. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, economical deliveries while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

The role requires 2–4 years in Transportation Management, knowledge of export processes, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business field (Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar) or equivalent education with relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years in Transportation Management across air, sea, and ground.
• Experience managing Logistics Services for on-time and economical delivery.
• Basic knowledge of export processes and documentation.
• Strong communication, customer orientation and teamwork, with English proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office and basic SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete sets of transport documents and customs declarations, including dangerous goods where needed.
• Order transports based on dates, preferred carriers, and contracts.
• Arrange goods pickup from suppliers using all transport modes.
• Clarify documents with internal and external partners.
• Provide transport details and status to all relevant parties.
• Hold carriers liable and resolve damages or delays with partners.
