Siemens Mobility in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a leader to run the plant’s Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics, driving performance in material availability, inventory, quality, and supplier management.

You will shape and execute supply chain strategies, oversee purchasing operations, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to cut costs and improve processes while advising senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar required.
• 4+ years of experience in Logistics or related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to drive transformation plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the plant's Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Define, implement, and manage supply chain and logistics strategies and standards.
• Oversee procurement to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
• Establish and track KPIs for procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Manage planning systems for inventory forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Build strong supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop stocking and replenishment plans tailored to plant needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive cost reductions and process improvements.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on supply chain matters.
