Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Lead - LAR to accelerate growth across Latin America by leading Market Access performance with distributors, OEMs, system integrators and EPCs. Based in LATAM (Mexico, Chile or Peru), you will translate global portfolio direction into local execution.

You will report to the Business Manager PCB and coordinate with sales, technical resources and ecosystem partners to drive portfolio adoption, pipelines and regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree required.
• Strong experience with NEMA MCC solutions and motor control applications.
• Proven understanding of the NEMA MCC market, channels and ecosystem.
• Experience in business development, technical sales or Market Access across distributors, OEMs, integrators and EPCs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a regional matrix organization.
• Fluent English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese; travel across LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ecosystem performance across distributors, OEMs, system integrators and EPCs.
• Maintain pipeline and frontlog visibility; prioritize opportunities and improve conversion.
• Develop regional go-to-market programs for NEMA MCC solutions.
• Provide regional alignment among sales, technical resources and ecosystem partners.
• Serve as liaison with Global Business Unit translating portfolio direction locally.
• Train and enable teams on NEMA MCC applications and positioning.
• Shape winning strategies for bids by supporting proposals and pricing.
• Create demand and drive portfolio adoption, pipeline growth and sales across LATAM.
