Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Regional Lead - LAR to accelerate growth across Latin America by leading Market Access performance with Distributors, OEMs, System Integrators and EPCs. You will translate global portfolio direction into local execution from LATAM bases in Mexico, Chile or Peru.

You will report to the Business Manager PCB and will coordinate with sales, technical resources and ecosystem partners to deploy regional programs and drive portfolio adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEMA MCC solutions and motor control applications.
• Strong understanding of the NEMA MCC market, customers, applications and channels.
• Background in business development, technical sales or Market Access across distributors, OEMs, system integrators and EPCs.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese; willing to travel in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ecosystem performance across Distributors, OEMs, System Integrators and EPCs.
• Maintain pipeline and frontlog visibility; prioritize opportunities and support sales/ proposals.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategy for NEMA MCC; align priorities across countries.
• Provide regional visibility among sales, Portfolio Experts, technical resources and partners.
• Serve as regional liaison with Global Business Unit; translate portfolio directions locally.
• Train Portfolio Experts and sales teams on NEMA MCC applications and positioning.
• Shape strategies for bids by supporting proposals and influencing specifications, price and lead time.
• Create demand and drive portfolio adoption, pipeline growth and sales across LatAm.
