Rockwell Automation is seeking a Regional Lead - LAR to accelerate growth across Latin America by leading Market Access performance among Distributors, OEMs, System Integrators and EPCs. The role requires solid experience with NEMA MCC solutions and deep market knowledge to translate global portfolio direction into local execution.

Based in LATAM (Mexico, Chile or Peru), you will report to the Business Manager PCB and shape regional go-to-market programs, drive portfolio adoption, and enable

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree.
• Solid experience with NEMA MCC solutions and motor control applications.
• Strong understanding of the NEMA MCC market and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience in business development, technical sales or Market Access across distributors, OEMs, system integrators and EPCs.
• Ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders in a regional matrix.
• Advanced English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese; willingness to travel in LATAM.

• Own regional ecosystem performance with distributors, OEMs, system integrators and EPCs.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and improve conversion with sales and proposal teams.
• Develop commercial programs and go-to-market strategy for NEMA MCC solutions.
• Provide regional visibility and alignment among sales, technical resources and ecosystem partners.
• Serve as regional liaison translating global portfolio direction into local execution.
• Train Portfolio Experts and sales teams on NEMA MCC applications and positioning.
• Shape win strategies for bids by supporting proposals and pricing.
• Create demand and drive portfolio adoption, pipeline growth and sales in LATAM.
