Job summary

Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Regional HR Specialist for LATAM to partner across multiple countries, ensuring HR compliance and effective talent processes. You will manage labor vendors and support regional HR operations while enabling business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as HRBP or COE Specialist across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for LATAM employees ensuring compliance and consistent service delivery.
• Manage labor vendor/EOR relationships including SLAs, contracts, invoices and issue resolution.
• Support regional talent processes such as performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Lead HR activities for country transitions and new market set-ups with Legal, Payroll and external providers.
