Job summary

Ford México is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, HR Shared Services to lead the regional team across South American markets. You will promote agile, reliable, and people-centered operations while driving continuous improvement, AI-enabled simplification, and global-standard alignment with local requirements.

The role is based in Naucalpan at GTBC in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate connects with people, communicates clearly, manages performance and conflicts, and uses data to improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of HRIS, data analysis, and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Shared Services team with clear priorities, coaching, and training.
• Oversee HR lifecycle processes and ensure data accuracy, privacy, and timely service.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation with a global/local alignment.
• Provide clear, respectful employee support and guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate regional HR Shared Services across South American markets with global collaboration.
