Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Typically more than 4 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, technical area or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for HP LaserJet products within the region.
• Own end-to-end issue resolution for hardware, firmware, and print-quality problems.
• Develop and deliver technical trainings, service notes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyze failure trends, warranty data and repair data to identify systemic issues and drive service improvements.
