Job summary

Mercedes-Benz México seeks an IT leader to steer regional IT initiatives across Common Functions, Aftersales, and Group Distributors. You will translate business needs into IT roadmaps, manage delivery, and oversee daily operations while guiding a small IT team in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with focus on Business Administration or IT
• 7-8 years’ experience in IT and/or automotive industry
• Strong PM skills and familiarity with DMS, ERP and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Strategic IT business partnership: serve as the primary IT contact for regional stakeholders and translate business needs into IT roadmaps
• Project and solution delivery: manage IT projects ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and alignment with global architecture and security guidelines
• Operation and service management: oversee daily IT operations, ensure SLA adherence and high user satisfaction
• Team management: lead and coach a team (1 IT Lead for Aftersales, 1 IT Lead for GD markets) with prioritization and guidance
