Job summary

Nissan Mexicana seeks a Subdirector to join the Information Systems Department, guiding IT strategy, roadmaps, and technology operations across cloud, data centers, and telecommunications. You will supervise multiple teams, engage with product owners, drive architectural excellence, and ensure security and cost-efficiency in technology services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering, 10+ years of managerial experience in relevant industries, and strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
10+ years of managerial experience in banking, fintech, financial services and/or automotive industry organizations.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Availability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop Information Technology strategies and roadmaps focusing on IT systems, compute operations, cloud, servers and telecommunications.
Lead multiple teams/value streams and manage senior technical leaders and organizational design.
Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of targets set by the Regional IS Department.
Present CAPEX investment projects and report OPEX project consumption to finance management.
Oversee budgets, multi-year investment planning and forecasting for IT departments.
