Qualifications

• 2 years of overall Business and Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Captive Finance; Banking and Credit Operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular updates, presentations, and on-demand reports for Leadership Team and North America Cluster teams.
• Coordinate Leadership Team meetings including briefing materials and minutes.
• Develop yearly plan and monitor all projects, aligning with functions to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Communicate planning, management, and budget control to the Leadership Team according to business needs.
