Insight Global is seeking a Head of IT / Senior Engineering Manager for its Mexico operations. This strategic, largely individual-contributor role will assess the current tech landscape and define the future-state IT strategy across 20–25 applications supporting retail and wholesale services.

The ideal candidate combines deep IT architecture and SDLC expertise with executive-level collaboration, vendor management, and a drive toward cloud-native modernization, including GCP adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong understanding of architecture and the SDLC.
• Experience partnering with business, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Vendor management experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate pain points into technology recommendations.
