Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. seeks a Regional HR Lead to direct a co-located team of People Experience Partners and People Solutions Advisors.

You will shape regional HR delivery, oversee end-to-end operations, and partner with global leaders to drive enterprise priorities and data-driven improvements. Qualifications

10+ years of HR leadership experience across multi-country or regional teams.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field; a master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Experience working across multiple countries in the region (LATAM) is required.
Workday and ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into regional execution.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for and oversee a co-located regional team of People Experience Partners (Tier 2) and People Solutions Advisors (Tier 1).
Oversee regional HR operations, onboarding, data management, records administration and offboarding.
Lead audits, ensure compliance with data privacy, labor law and internal policy.
Collaborate with HR Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence and Innovation, and senior stakeholders.
Represent the region in global HR forums and report on service performance and resourcing.
