Takeda is seeking a People Experience Partner, Employee Relations - Americas to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across the region. The role partners with HR, PLR, Legal, and business leaders to assess concerns, mitigate risk, and apply company policies fairly.

This hybrid position requires at least 10 in-office days per month, with employees working 2-3 days on-site weekly. The role emphasizes confidentiality, judgment, and trusted stakeholder partnerships to uphold

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex employee relations matters and resolve grievances.
