Amazon Operations in Mexico City is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead groceries and perishables in the country. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery operations, drive safety and efficiency, and develop a high‑performing team across sites and DSPs.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and IT, and a track record of delivering on productivity goals in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsabilidades

• Managing delivery operations 24/7 to serve customers.
• Overseeing relationships with DSPs, flex drivers, and suppliers.
• Creating and improving SOPs for groceries and perishables.
• Leading cross-country teams to meet grocery metrics.
• Driving operational goals and communicating vision across teams.
• Presenting metrics to senior leadership.
• Hires and develops talent and manages performance plans.
• Collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and Ops partners.
