Job summary
Flex is expanding its Juarez Automotive division and seeks a Production Supervisor to lead several production lines in a highly technical environment. You will guide engineers and operators to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives, while actively reviewing daily plant performance and driving improvements.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will troubleshoot issues, coach staff, and support project teams with engineering input.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required as part of basic qualification.
- Ability to prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Experience driving process development and cost-improvement projects.
- Maintain safe, clean work environment and compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Produce multiple processes/lines in a highly technical setting.
- Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Review plant performance and advise on efficiency and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators for performance.
- Collaborate with engineers on plant improvement projects.
- Provide technical/operational guidance to project teams.
- May train and coach junior operators.
