Corning Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Lean Engineer to drive Lean transformation across the plant, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver sustainable savings.

You will develop long-term improvement roadmaps, mentor teams in DMAIC, VSM, and Lean Six Sigma, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Performance Excellence to raise productivity.

This role requires strong communication in English and Spanish and a proactive mindset to sustain improvements and cost reductions.

Formación

• Experience with Lean Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coach teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute improvement projects.
• Develop 3–5 year Lean roadmap aligned with plant goals.
• Promote Lean practices and mentor teams in DMAIC and VSM.
• Drive cost savings and sustain improvements across functions.
• Communicate project results in English and Spanish.
