Job summary

Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Regional Industrial Engineering Manager to lead the strategy across multiple manufacturing plants in the Americas, improving planning, capacity visibility, and performance.

You will lead a direct engineering team, standardize SAP PP structures, and drive digital initiatives while collaborating with plant engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 7+ years of industrial engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong hands-on SAP PP experience (routings, work centers, BOMs, capacity planning).
Proven track record leading digital transformation and data-driven initiatives.
Excellent cross-functional influence across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the regional industrial engineering strategy across sites.
Establish and govern manufacturing data standards to support planning.
Lead engineers, technicians, and interns, influencing regional standards.
Build and manage digital/data-driven improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
