Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Monterrey coordinates finance-focused enterprise applications within Shared Services, leading the MTY EAS team and ensuring quality production deployments. You will drive end-to-end support, case resolution, and data quality while coordinating with IT and vendors to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Discipline.
• Strong analytic skills with finance business acumen.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Able to manage problems methodically and logically.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with SOX compliance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional EAS team and back up the manager.
• Provide operational support for Enterprise Applications and ensure audit requirements are met, maintained, and improved.
• Provide ongoing assessment of existing services, systems, processes and controls to identify, recommend, and implement necessary improvements to ensure data quality and support growth related to strategic initiatives.
• Ensure quality work is migrated into our Production Environment for systems under your management. Maintain SOX compliance and PASS/ATP process rigor and tools.
• Manage day-to-day operational engagement activities with third party service providers. Point of contact for all daily operational/support activities, ensuring services delivery according to agreed SOW and KPI’s. Escalate issues to manager, as necessary.
• Partner with IT for case/issue resolution in a timely manner. Work as team to develop system solutions and improvement.
• Take ownership of team metrics to collaborate with team members to deep dive into gaps.
