Job summary

Corning Inc. in Monterrey, MX, is seeking a dynamic MTY EAS team leader to guide regional Enterprise Applications operations. You will back up the manager, drive process rigor, ensure data quality, and maintain SOX compliance across critical systems.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with IT for issue resolution, and supervise data integrations for acquisitions. Strong finance acumen and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical abilities with financial acumen and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills essential; experience with data controls.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; attention to detail and audit awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management for MTY EAS team members and case management with SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with IT and EAS consulting on projects; resolve gaps and escalate when needed.
• Oversee integration activities for acquisitions, including data migrations and deployment plans.
• Ensure SOX compliance and production readiness; monitor controls and process rigor.
