Koch is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Investigator to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR partners, and Legal teams across Mexico and Latin America. You will lead sensitive workplace investigations, guide complex employee relations matters, and help ensure policies and legal requirements are applied consistently across Koch businesses.

Formación

• Experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, HR or compliance.
• Experience independently conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of Mexican culture, employment laws, and HR practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience producing clear, concise investigation reports.
• Experience building collaborative relationships across cross-border teams.
• High level of professionalism, objectivity and discretion.
