Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee financial reporting for the Latin America & Caribbean region. You will collaborate with regional teams, Global Finance, and BES to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting, while strengthening internal controls and coordinating with auditors.

The role involves driving working capital initiatives, managing complex accounting matters, and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Big Four audit experience and/or relevant industry experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP.
• Strong project management capabilities with multiple initiatives.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and financial processes.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, CAPEX).
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, influence decisions.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and engaging senior leaders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, translating complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver accurate financial reporting across LAC region.
• Drive internal control environment and work with auditors.
• Coordinate with Global Finance and BES on complex accounting.
• Partner with in-market teams to optimize working capital.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax reporting requirements.
• Lead process efficiency and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Contribute to strategic projects with regional/global stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen systems and controls.
• Champion accounting governance and control best practices.
