Job summary

Bacardi seeks a Senior Finance Leader to oversee financial reporting for the Latin America and Caribbean region, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP. You will drive internal controls, collaborate with regional teams, and support SAP S/4HANA implementations while optimizing working capital and enabling strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Big Four audit experience or relevant industry experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP.
• Strong project management capabilities, leading multiple complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and financial processes to ensure data integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, CAPEX).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, influence decisions through stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver accurate financial reporting across the LAC region.
• Drive a strong internal control environment with auditors.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Global Finance, and BES to ensure US GAAP reporting.
• Partner with in-market, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting, tax reporting, and regulations.
• Lead process efficiency and SAP S/4HANA implementation support.
• Contribute to strategic and special projects with regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strengthen systems, controls, and processes.
• Champion accounting governance and control best practices.
