Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting for the Latin America and Caribbean region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. The role emphasizes internal controls, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives across finance and supply chains.

Leading large, geographically dispersed teams, you will partner with Global Finance, BES, and in-market colleagues to optimize working capital and drive reporting excellence within the Bacardi Group.

Qualifications

• Big Four audit experience and/or relevant industry experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and financial processes to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CAPEX.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence business decisions through effective stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to identify solutions through analytical thinking, sound judgment, and innovation.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master's degree and CPA qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver accurate financial reporting across Bacardi's LAC region.
• Drive a strong internal control environment across the region, partnering with auditors.
• Collaborate with regional teams, Global Finance, and BES to ensure US GAAP reporting.
• Partner with in-market, Procurement, and Supply Chain to drive working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting and tax reporting requirements.
• Lead process efficiency and optimization across finance sub-processes; support SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Contribute to strategic and special projects with regional/global stakeholders.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to strengthen controls and processes.
• Champion accounting excellence, governance, and control best practices.
