IGT is seeking an experienced Regional Controller – Latin America to lead accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and controllership across LATAM operations. You will partner with regional leaders, corporate finance, tax, treasury, legal, and external auditors to ensure US GAAP compliance, multi-country statutory reporting, and strong internal controls.

• 10+ years in accounting/finance, multinational or regional controllership.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience across Latin America with multi-currency finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Public accounting or complex multinational background preferred.
• English fluency; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional controllership across Latin America, including general accounting, month-end close, statutory reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting under US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee local tax, regulatory, and financial reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
• Partner with corporate accounting and FP&A for consolidated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate external and statutory audits within the region.
• Support acquisitions, restructurings, and intercompany transactions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and control across regional finance.
• Develop and mentor regional accounting personnel.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the region.
