Job summary

Boolanga is hiring a Regional Business Lead for LATAM in Mexico City with remote flexibility. You will own the LATAM commercial strategy, build enterprise partnerships, and drive long-term revenue with major platforms across Mexico and Brazil.

You will manage multi-month procurement cycles, develop executive relationships, and coordinate with HQ in Budapest to win bids and deliver branded courier equipment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales / business development experience in LATAM, with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure annual contracts.
  • Active relationships at director or VP level inside Uber, Rappi, iFood, DiDi Food, 99, Mercado Libre, Meituan Keeta, or comparable platforms.
  • Proven work experience selling into food delivery, mobility, last-mile logistics, packaging, workwear, promotional products, sustainable materials, or adjacent enterprise categories.
  • Hands-on experience navigating long, complex enterprise procurement cycles – RFPs, buying committees, sustainability reviews, and FCPA-compliant relationship building.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable owning a region as the only person on the ground.
  • Native or fully fluent Spanish and business-level English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Mexico City (CDMX), with willingness to travel monthly across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, and occasionally to Budapest.
  • Background inside procurement, sustainability, or last-mile operations at a delivery platform is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Boolanga’s LATAM commercial strategy and pipeline end-to-end across priority target accounts – Uber Eats, Rappi, iFood, DiDi Food, 99Food, Meituan Keeta, and adjacent delivery platforms.
  • Land and grow long-term partnerships as the supplier of record for branded courier equipment – delivery bags, garments, rain gear, and accessories.
  • Run enterprise sales cycles end-to-end – from first conversation through procurement, legal, sustainability review, and signed PO.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across procurement, sustainability, last-mile operations, and country leadership at target accounts.
  • Be the in-market face of Boolanga – face-to-face meetings, sample programs, factory visits, dinners, and industry events.
  • Partner closely with Boolanga HQ in Budapest and our regional advisor network to orchestrate winning bids, pricing, and delivery.
  • Navigate local complexity – Mexican gig labor reform, Brazilian Nota Fiscal and tax structure, EU–Mexico FTA tariff advantages.
  • Build the LATAM team over time – identify where to add the next hire.

About Boolanga

At Boolanga, we provide leading international brands such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Carrefour, or Talabat with workwear as well as related design, supply chain, software, and e-commerce services.

We empower these organisations to manage the asset needs of their distributed workforce better and with more efficiency.

Join a high-growth, international team committed to building scalable solutions and raising the bar in operational performance.

Watch first, apply smarter - meet the Boolanga Team!

What Impact You'll Make (Your Mission)

Boolanga is accelerating its expansion into Latin America, building relationships with the region's largest delivery platforms including Uber Eats, Bolt, and Talabat, as we turn a multi-million-dollar opportunity into real revenue across Mexico and Brazil. This marks a pivotal next step for the company, extending a commercial model that already serves 14+ EMEA markets into one of the fastest-growing delivery ecosystems in the world.

Your mission will be to establish Boolanga as the long-term supplier of record for branded courier equipment at the region's leading platforms, building the enterprise relationships and commercial foundation needed to win and grow multi-year partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Own Boolanga’s LATAM commercial strategy and pipeline end-to-end across our priority target accounts – Uber Eats, Rappi, iFood, DiDi Food, 99Food, Meituan Keeta, and adjacent delivery and logistics platforms.
  • Land and grow long-term partnerships as the supplier of record for branded courier equipment – delivery bags, garments, rain gear, and accessories – at the region’s leading platforms.
  • Run enterprise sales cycles end-to-end – from first conversation through procurement, legal, sustainability review, and signed PO. LATAM cycles are typically 9–18 months; you’ll need patience, pipeline discipline, and the relationship capital to keep deals moving.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across procurement, sustainability, last-mile operations, and country leadership at target accounts. Be the trusted in-market partner, not just a vendor.
  • Be the in-market face of Boolanga – face-to-face meetings, sample programs, factory visits, dinners, and industry events. LATAM enterprise sales don’t close on Zoom alone, and you know how to navigate that.
  • Partner closely with Boolanga HQ in Budapest (founders, ops, supply chain) and our regional advisor network to orchestrate winning bids, pricing, and delivery.
  • Navigate local complexity – Mexican gig labor reform, Brazilian Nota Fiscal and tax structure, EU–Mexico FTA tariff advantages – alongside our finance and legal teams.
  • Build the LATAM team over time – as the pipeline matures, identify when and where to add the next hire (e.g., a São Paulo presence to scale Brazil).
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales / business development experience in LATAM, with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure annual contracts.
  • Active relationships at director or VP level inside at least one of: Uber, Rappi, iFood, DiDi Food, 99, Mercado Libre, Meituan Keeta, or comparable platforms.
  • Proven work experience selling into food delivery, mobility, last-mile logistics, packaging, workwear, promotional products, sustainable materials, or adjacent enterprise categories.
  • Hands‑on experience navigating long, complex enterprise procurement cycles – RFPs, buying committees, sustainability reviews, and FCPA‑compliant relationship building.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills; comfortable owning a region as the only person on the ground.
  • Native or fully fluent Spanish and business-level English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Mexico City (CDMX), with willingness to travel monthly across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, and occasionally to Budapest.
  • Background inside procurement, sustainability, or last-mile operations at a delivery platform (ex‑Uber, ex‑Rappi, ex‑iFood, ex‑99, ex‑Mercado Libre) is a strong plus.
Why Join Us
  • A Zero-Bullshit, Trusting Culture – We value transparency, ownership, and getting things done.
  • A Smart, International Team – Work alongside talented, driven colleagues from around the world.
  • Challenging Projects & Growth Opportunities – Expand your skills with meaningful work and career development.
