Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce startup, is hiring a Recruitment Lead to build and manage the talent acquisition function in a fully remote role. You will shape the strategy, define processes, select tools, and lead hiring across all levels to fuel rapid growth.

As a remote-first leader, you will oversee virtual recruiting, build pipelines, collaborate with senior leaders, implement ATS/HRIS, and champion diversity and inclusion within hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment, preferably in startup or remote settings.

Requirements
