Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Systems Operations Administrator in CDMX to manage Tier 2 support for recruiting tools and processes. You will troubleshoot tools like DocuSign, Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, HackerRank, Harver, and Greenhouse while coordinating with Recruiting Operations and People Systems.

Responsibilities include handling requests, updating job postings and candidate records, monitoring SLAs, and building runbooks.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting operations, people operations, service delivery, or similar environments.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and follow defined processes.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and timely updates.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar ticketing tools and fluency in English.
Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage Tier 2 Recruiting Systems support portfolio and resolve requests.
Troubleshoot recruiting systems and related platforms.
Process recruiting workflow requests and adjust job postings and candidate records.
Monitor volume, aging, SLAs, and recurring issues to identify risks.
Create runbooks, templates, and knowledge-base content.
Participate in release testing and quality reviews.
Collaborate with People Systems on releases and priorities.
