Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Recruiting Systems Operations Administrator to join the Recruiting Systems team. You will manage a defined Tier 2 portfolio, troubleshoot tools like DocuSign, Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, HackerRank, Harver, BrightHire, Qualtrics, Eightfold, and Greenhouse, and partner with People Systems across Americas time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting operations, People operations, service delivery, systems support, or a similar operations environment
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, follow defined processes, document work clearly, and escalate when needed
• Experience with Jira or Salesforce and professional fluency in English
• Spanish fluency is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 support requests through established channels with updates and handoffs
• Troubleshoot recruiting systems including DocuSign, Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, HackerRank, Harver, BrightHire, Qualtrics, Eightfold, Greenhouse
• Process recruiting workflow requests including job postings, candidate records, and offers
• Monitor request volume, aging, SLA expectations, and recurring issues to identify risks
• Create and improve runbooks, templates, knowledge-base content, intake forms, and self-service guidance
• Participate in release testing, validation, and quality reviews
• Partner with People Systems on releases and complex configurations
