Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for complex and high-impact roles across our global internal clients in Mexico. You will partner with leaders to craft tailored hiring strategies, source from diverse channels, and conduct structured interviews to ensure fair, consistent assessments.

You’ll advise hiring partners with market insights, negotiate offers, manage candidate experience, and contribute to employer brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong internal customer management and influence skills.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Customer service skills.
• Preferred US recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, niche, and high-impact roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring fair and consistent evaluation practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the process.
• Partner with TA leadership on projects such as employer branding and inclusive hiring.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates.
• Track, analyze, and provide data-driven recruitment updates.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters and sourcers.
