North American Production Sharing, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will post openings, source candidates, and conduct initial interviews to build a strong candidate slate.

This role requires a degree in psychology, HR, or business administration, plus 1 year of recruitment experience. You will coordinate interviews with managers and help deliver a positive candidate experience across channels. English proficiency is required.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management positions.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment process management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
