NAPS is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Castro del Río, Irapuato, Guanajuato. The role focuses on posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, including experience with competency-based interviewing and diverse sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1+ year of recruitment/selection experience (internships accepted).
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management roles.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases.
