AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking a high-output video editor to craft short-form, high-performance ads from raw footage. You will optimize hooks, captions, and pacing for paid campaigns and organic socials across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

We value fast turnaround, reliability, and the ability to produce multiple variants weekly. Fluency in English and comfort with testing frameworks will help drive consistent growth and engagement for our programs.

Formación

• 2+ years in an ad-driven editing role with paid creative results.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro + After Effects.
• Fluent written English; conversational spoken English for calls.
• Fast, reliable, deadline-driven with high-volume output.
• Bonus: AI tooling fluency and Spanish-language content capability.

Responsabilidades

• Edit UGC-style vertical video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) for paid performance.
• Produce ad variants at volume with multiple hooks/CTAs for testing.
• Cut parent/kid/coach interviews into testimonial ads.
• Add motion graphics, captions (English; Spanish a plus), brand elements.
• Turn around priority requests in 24-48 hours.
• Maintain an organized footage library and templates.
• Work from weekly briefs from Head of Growth; report weekly outputs.
