AGS Youth Soccer Club is seeking an experienced paid social lead to own our Meta advertising across brands. You will drive performance by turning ad spend into program registrations through creative strategy, rigorous testing, and full-funnel analysis, supported by a dedicated video editor and an AI-forward stack.

You will write hooks and ad copy in English, brief UGC creators, and coordinate with sales for speed-to-lead handoffs.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying in direct-response lead generation.
• Managed meaningful budgets (US $20K+/month) and can show the numbers behind ads you briefed or built.
• Clear testing methodology you can articulate unprompted.
• Familiar with attribution windows, view-through vs click, blended CAC vs ROAS.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta ad accounts end-to-end across brands: structure, budgets, pacing, scaling.
• Run the creative testing engine with an always-on calendar and hypotheses per test.
• Analyze creative performance and brief the next variant.
• Write hooks and ad copy in English; coordinate with UGC creators and video editor.
• Oversee full-funnel: landing pages, lead forms, and event tracking; ensure fast sales handoffs.
• Plan seasonal campaigns around registration windows and manage localised geo-targeting.
• Deliver a weekly scorecard focusing on registrations, CPL, CAC, and efficiency.
