Sociaaal is seeking an AI Performance Creative Strategist to own AI-driven video creative production across our app portfolio. You will design and run experiments to optimize ad variants and manage avatar-based content production with support from our video editors and Head of Creatives.

High creativity with AI, strong taste for US Gen Z culture, and the ability to deliver multiple high-performing videos in a fast-paced setting are essential. Fluent English and autonomous work style are required.
