Pavago is seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, platform-native content for social media, marketing campaigns, and paid ads. This role emphasizes storytelling, pacing, and audience retention across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

You will edit for short-form and long-form content, ensuring brand alignment, optimal exports, and timely delivery while collaborating with marketing and creative teams in a fully remote setup with US client hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong proficiency with one or more video editors (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience editing social media and marketing content.
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and platform-specific content.

Responsabilidades

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos.
• Create both short-form and long-form content.
• Build edits around strong storytelling, pacing, and audience attention.
• Adapt editing styles based on platform, audience, and content purpose.
