Partner Company in Mexico is seeking an AI Video Editor to produce high-volume, conversion-oriented video content for paid social campaigns. You will edit short-form direct-response videos for Meta, TikTok, and more, and craft static ads as needed.

The role emphasizes rapid testing, strong hooks, AI-assisted ideation and production, and collaboration with strategists. 2+ years of experience and proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for D-to-C brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Solid experience creating static ads for Meta and paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for ideation and production.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, and messaging.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Descript to produce high-quality creative.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives using templates and swipe files.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to respond to performance feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage creative assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
• Maintain a high-volume workflow with consistency and timely delivery.
