Ericsson GmbH seeks a Technical Authority Expert to provide domain expertise across the Create, Sustain, and Evolve lifecycle for RAN and Transport services. You will lead technical activities, develop automation solutions, and coach teams to improve service delivery and incident resolution.

The role requires strong RAN (LTE/5G) knowledge, automation experience, and excellent stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with cross-domain teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure

Formación

• Strong domain expertise in LTE/5G RAN and Transport operations.
• Experience turning business requirements and SLAs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead design/build/test/operate and continuously improve services.
• Experience with automation, analytics, use-case development, and operationalization of automated solutions.
• Familiarity with Federated Automation Framework or similar automation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze trends, perform root-cause analysis, and diagnose KPI degradation.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, security, asset, configuration, and patch management processes.
• Ability to work across interfaces and diagnose interdomain issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical activities across the Create, Sustain, and Evolve lifecycle for RAN and Transport services.
• Develop and improve automation solutions and Service Delivery methodologies with reusable flows.
• Provide domain expertise to support and analytics teams, and coach others.
• Perform trend analysis, event correlation, and complex troubleshooting to detect failures and drive restoration.
• Support incident, problem, and security management with escalation and coordination.
• Conduct impact analyses for changes and support complex change execution and patching.
• Analyze software updates and deployment impacts, and develop safe deployment procedures.
• Support asset/configuration management and service fulfilment activities.
• Drive process improvements and cross-domain collaboration with E2E Service Experts.
