Formación

• Strong technical expertise in RAN support for LTE and 5G.
• Proven ability to lead across design, build, test, operate, and improve.
• Experience with automation, analytics, and use-case development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical activities across Create, Sustain, and Evolve lifecycle for RAN and Transport services.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automation solutions and service-delivery methodologies.
• Provide domain expertise and coaching to cross-functional teams.
• Perform trend analysis, event correlation, and complex troubleshooting.
• Support incident, problem, change, and security management processes.
• Analyze software updates and patch impacts for safe deployment.
• Drive process-improvement programs and cross-domain collaboration.
