Ericsson GmbH is seeking a Technical Authority Expert to provide domain expertise across RAN and Transport, enabling Create, Sustain, and Evolve lifecycle activities. You will collaborate with support, analytics, and automation teams, driving service improvements and proactive fault resolution.

You will lead complex incident resolution, change impact analyses, and the deployment of safe software updates, while coaching peers and expanding reuse of automation flows within the organization.

Formación

• Strong technical expertise in RAN support for LTE and 5G.
• Fluent English in communication.
• Proven ability to lead technical activities across design, build, test, operate, and improve phases.
• Experience with automation, analytics, use-case development, and operationalization of automated solutions.
• Knowledge of the Federated Automation Framework or similar reusable automation frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical activities across the Create, Sustain, and Evolve lifecycle for RAN and Transport services, translating requirements into technical solutions and executable work packages.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automation solutions and service delivery methodologies.
• Provide domain expertise to support teams and analytics groups while coaching others.
• Perform trend analysis, event correlation, KPI degradation analysis, and complex troubleshooting to detect failures and drive recovery.
• Support incident, problem, change, security, and escalation management with coordinating actions.
