Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, MX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-discipline projects from concept to launch. You will manage P&L, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of critical safety programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years related experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop timing using gate reviews for new program launches.
• Directs and coordinates program activities and oversees personnel.
• Monitor key deliverables dates and resolve timing obstacles.
• Represent Joyson Safety Systems at pre-mass production and customer meetings.
• Review reports and adjust methodologies to meet objectives.
• Interface with Sales/Finance to address customer financial issues.
• Forecast and monitor departmental expenses for direct reports.
• Process program appropriation requests for management approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
