Joysonsafety in Monterrey is hiring for a role in R&D focusing on coordinating regional engineering projects. You will lead RFQ coordination and ensure successful project execution through effective management of timelines and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of process engineering or project management experience, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong project management skills and fluency in English are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or project management.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Availability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on engineering projects including installation and validation.
• Lead RFQ coordination and support SOW creation.
• Manage project progress through timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure execution of FAT, SAT, and equipment validations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
