Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, MX, is seeking an Application Developer to analyze, develop, implement, and support business and manufacturing applications across Production, Quality, Materials, Engineering, Finance, HR and Operations.

The role requires experience in enterprise app development, SQL Server, interfaces/APIs, and strong problem-solving. Collaboration with global IT and external vendors is essential for system integrations and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in enterprise application development or support.
• Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional testing, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of interfaces, integrations, flat files, XML, APIs, or automated processes.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (MES, QCS, traceability, labeling, shop floor).
• SAP knowledge or ERP integration experience preferred.
• Technical/intermediate English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, develop, test, and implement applications and changes.
• Provide technical and functional support for internal manufacturing, quality, materials, and operations systems.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between internal systems, MES/QCS, SAP, and other platforms.
• Create, modify, and optimize database queries, stored procedures, reports, and objects.
• Document developments, configurations, testing, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with key users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Validate changes before production release to reduce risk.
• Support continuous improvement projects and standardization efforts.
