Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a Program Manager for the Steering Wheel Product Business Unit in Monterrey, Mexico. The role leads development and execution of program plans, coordinates a core cross-functional team, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with customer alignment.

The Program Manager for Steering Wheel (SW) Product Business Unit leads the development and execution of program plans for specific customer platforms. The Program Manager SW must be an active leader with excellent communication, presentation, and team building skills.
The Program Manager SW must proactively manage available resources to achieve the program timing and profitability goals.
The Program Manager SW helps identify and resolve inter-team and intra-team conflict and barriers in cooperation with the functional managers.
The Program Manager SW will lead the team in delivering on time and within budget.
