Joyson Safety Systems is seeking a Program Manager for the Steering Wheel Product Business Unit in Monterrey, Mexico. The role leads development and execution of program plans, coordinates a core cross-functional team, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with customer alignment.

The candidate will manage budgets, resolve inter-team conflicts, and drive production readiness from DV/PV builds through PPAP with internal and customer teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor, control and update the Program Plan, Milestone Schedule, and Action Item Register to support awarded business.
• Coordinate and manage core cross-functional team activities to ensure milestones are met and escalate conflicts as needed.
• Support engineering in design specification and testing to ensure production readiness and customer approval.
• Ensure assembly lines are capable of producing the product and that prototypes are delivered on time.
• Lead early supplier team meetings and manage budgeting, tooling, and PPAP processes.
• Maintain professional relations with customers and assist Sales in gathering competitive information.
• Develop program budgets and forecast capital and tooling expenditures.
• Resolve supplier or in-house engineering concerns and support pre-production builds and SOP.
